Registering your 5th wheeler in NSW is now subject to new Regulations with effect from 1st Jan 2012. The Tow Vehicle Compliance Certificate (which Cut Loose has been providing for some time) is now registered electronically with the RTA by the certifying engineer, so the RTA officers out on the highway can confirm the hitch has been installed to the correct standards.
